What this covers

MineralsReady is a digital compliance and training platform, developed with a university research partner, that supports artisanal and small-scale mining operators and government bodies in building genuine readiness for responsible sourcing standards. Pilots are underway or in development in Sierra Leone, Nigeria and Zimbabwe.

The platform combines research-backed content design with a practical field-implementation interface, so the tool reflects how an ASM site and a government regulator actually work, not only how a policy document describes them.

How this connects

This programme sits close to the work of Orivia Minerals Hub, our sister initiative focused specifically on artisanal and small-scale mining across frontier markets. Where Ayara’s role centres on the research, training-platform and governance-readiness side, Orivia brings direct ASM operating experience and sector-specific advisory.
